We will be running our second My Generation Project starting on the 6th September in Swansea Mind. We know that getting older has its challenges - for example leaving work, feeling alone, worrying about your future - and these can all affect our wellbeing. My Generation is a free programme to help those of us over 50 to improve wellbeing, together. If you know anyone that can benefit from this course, then please get in touch.
What does it involve?
Over eight free weekly sessions, you can learn all about staying mentally well while enjoying activities and spending time with others. Activities vary, but could include things like arts and crafts, talks and gentle exercise. You'll also have the chance to learn about other projects in your area that could help you, and find out how you can help others.
Who can take part?
Anyone over 50 living in the Swansea area can take part, totally free of charge.
Where is it?
Our sessions take place at Swansea Mind, 66 St Helen's Rd, Swansea SA1 4BE
How do I get involved?
Just get in touch. Give us a call, email us or pop in and see us. Phone: 01792 642999 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
